This is what I love about lifestyles changes instead of diets:
I didn’t even have to make my own lunch today! If I was on a diet, I probably wouldn’t feel the freedom to go to my favorite bistro once a week. However, since I’m just making better life decisions, I still get to visit C St. Bistro where the chefs are like family and the food delicious. I got this tasty salad of fresh, local greens and tasty toppings.
I’m not giving up the important things, I’m enjoying them more!
